Roku, a $30 billion TV streaming company, and moja a $25 billion social video service, have joined forces to bring an app called TubiTV.
In addition to a Roku-based service called Moja, the two companies are planning to bring a version of Safeshare to the market.
Tubitv and Safeshreas Roku apps are already available on the Roku app store.
Moja will be available on Android, Apple TV, iOS, Amazon Fire TV, and Windows 10.
Tubicraft, which is part of the Safesharing alliance, will be launching later this year, while Safesharer is expected to launch later this fall.
Roku is currently the No. 2 TV streaming service in the U.S., according to comScore, behind only Netflix.
MoJA is a subscription service that will be able to stream a large portion of content on its service without requiring a cable subscription, unlike the existing Safeshared service, which required a cable or satellite subscription.
Safes Safes is a $10 per month streaming video service that allows users to watch live television, including sports, news, documentaries, and news, sports, and documentaries.
It will have an online interface and a dedicated app store that is separate from the Roku apps.
The service will be a competitor to Hulu and other subscription video streaming services.
The Safes app will include both live and on-demand shows, as well as original programming.
Like Safes, MoJA will also be available in multiple countries.
The two companies announced their joint launch of Moja in August.
