Apple TV is getting its own animated TV show to compete with Netflix’s popular show.
Blue to the MAX is set to premiere on Apple TVs on Tuesday and will be available in the U.S. and Canada, and it is expected to have a worldwide release.
Blue to The Max will follow the exploits of a hacker, the Red Army’s Red Team, as they attempt to break into the Red Skull’s fortress and stop the invasion of Earth by aliens.
The series has been described as a “reboot” of the popular series Blue to The King, which launched in 2006.
The Red Army have been tasked with preventing the invasion, but the Red Team have been betrayed by their leader, Captain Sledgehammer, who plans to use a robotic arm to control the Red Soldiers and take over Earth.
The Red Army is now led by a robot, named Red Skull, who is the leader of the Red Base team.
The show has been praised by critics for its attention to detail and great character development.
The cast includes James Marsters as Red Skull and J.K. Simmons as Captain S. Hammer, who was played by actor Matthew McConaughey in Blue toThe King.
It also features Anna Kendrick as Captain Hammer’s wife, Ellie.
The show also has the help of several other famous faces in pop culture, including Chris Pratt, who plays a computer scientist, along with Mark Ruffalo, who stars as Captain Skarsgard of the team.
